1. Introduction

  RNABind is an embedding-informed geometric deep learning framework to detect RNA-small molecule binding sites from RNA structures. RNABind integrates RNA LLMs into advanced geometric deep learning networks, which encodes both RNA sequence and structure information.

2. Inputs

  RNABind uses a PDB file as input.

3. Outputs

  We will send the results to your email when the job is finished. Results will be shown in the result page when the job is finished.
