lambda factor reflects the rank of correlation and is a non-Negative integer, such as 15. In order to understand the lambda factor, please refer to the eq.1-eq.6 of Type 1 PseAA composition and Type 2 PseAA composition. !CAUTION: (1) should NOT be larger than the length of input protein sequence; (2) must be non-Negative integer, such as 0, 1, 2, ...; (3) when =0, the output of PseAA server is the 20-D amino acid composition.
