Caveat

Application scope: The predictor is for Gram-positive protein samples only that covers the following 5 subcellular locations:(1) Cell wall, (2) Cytoplasm, (3) Extracell, (4) Periplasm, (5) Plasma membrane (see the Figure below). Stop prediction if the query protein is known not a Gram-positive protein or not one of the above 5 locations, because the result obtained will not make any sense.
