History of OSML

กก
  • 2013-10-20
    OSML was put online.
  • 2013-09-28
OSML was thoroughly tested by members in our group and several bugs were detected and fixed.
  • 2013-09-15
OSML was equipped with the capability of viewing the prediction results with 3D display by using Java Jmol Plug-In.
  • 2013-08-21
Spatial clustering algorithm was added into OSML for further clustering the binding sites from predicted binding residues.
  • 2013-07-22
Five metal ions (i.e., Ca2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Fe3+ and Zn2+) were added into the base dataset, and the web server was named as OSML (On-site model for ligand binding sites prediction).
  • 2013-06-08
DFL-ATP was upgraded to DFL-Nucleotide which can perform binding residues predictions for five types of nucleotide ligands, i.e., ATP, ADP, AMP, GTP, and GTP.
  • 2013-05-10
An early implementation, called DFL-ATP, was released for protein-ATP binding residue prediction.
  • 2013-02-05
The idea of dynamical learning framework appeared in a routine weekly seminar.
